Air Receivers

Air Receivers
At Harsha Engineers, we manufacture high-quality Air Receivers designed to store compressed air and regulate pressure fluctuations in pneumatic systems. Acting as a buffer between the air compressor and the end-use equipment, these receivers ensure a steady supply of clean, dry, and pressurized air for smooth operations. Built from Mild Steel (MS) or Stainless Steel (SS) with robust construction, our air receivers are engineered to handle varying pressure levels while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Our Air Receivers are widely used in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petrochemicals, food processing, and general engineering industries where compressed air is an integral part of operations. They help improve compressor efficiency, reduce moisture content, and extend the lifespan of equipment connected to the system. Available in vertical and horizontal designs with customizable fittings and safety accessories, Harsha Engineers provides reliable and durable air receiver solutions tailored to meet specific client needs while adhering to industry standards.

Internal Surface Finish: Painted with epoxy coating / shot-blasted & passivated (for SS).
External Surface Finish: Epoxy painted / powder coated / polished stainless steel.
Nozzles & Connections: Inlet, outlet, drain, safety valve connection, pressure gauge connection, manhole (for large sizes).
Accessories (Optional): Pressure relief valves, pressure gauges, moisture traps, drain valves, automatic level controls.
Testing: Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing as per standards.
Compliance Standards: ASME Sec VIII Div.1, IS 2825, PED, IBR (if required).
An Air Receiver stores compressed air delivered by the compressor and releases it when required, helping balance the fluctuations in demand. It reduces pressure variations, allows moisture and oil to settle at the bottom, and ensures a consistent supply of clean and dry air. With safety valves, gauges, and drain systems, our receivers maintain optimal air quality and pressure stability in the system.
